How and when we ship your monthly fragrance — and what members get for free.

Members get free standard shipping — always. Active Essentrx members receive complimentary standard shipping on every monthly box, every month, at no extra charge.

Shipping Options

Express shipping is available to all customers, including members. The rate is calculated in real time based on your delivery address and is not included in the membership benefit.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of placement. Monthly membership boxes are packed on a rolling schedule — if you change your scent selection before packing begins, the updated choice ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. International shipping is planned for a future release.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours — carrier scans sometimes arrive ahead of the parcel. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us at support@essentrx.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate or reship your order.

Essentrx is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control. However, we will always do our best to make it right.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Changes can be made from your account settings before your order is packed. Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot guarantee an address change — contact us immediately at support@essentrx.com and we'll do our best.
