Exchanges

We want you to love your scent. If it's not right, we'll make it right.

15-Day Scent Trial — Exchange Guaranteed. You have 15 days from delivery to decide if your fragrance is right for you. If it's not, we'll exchange it for a different scent from our catalog at no charge.

Our Exchange Policy

Fragrance is personal. We know that a scent can smell different on your skin than it does in a description. That's why we give every customer a 15-day trial period after delivery — enough time to wear it, live with it, and decide.

If the fragrance isn't right for you within those 15 days, you can request an exchange for any available scent of equal or lesser value in our catalog. There is no charge for the exchange, and we'll ship your replacement with free standard shipping.

Exchanges only — no cash refunds. Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we are unable to offer cash or card refunds on fragrance orders. All eligible requests are fulfilled as an exchange for a different scent. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right immediately — contact us at support@essentrx.com.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us within 15 days of delivery Email support@essentrx.com or use the live chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Choose your replacement scent Browse our catalog and let us know which scent you'd like instead. Our team will confirm availability and apply it to your exchange.

We ship your replacement Once confirmed, your replacement fragrance ships within 1–2 business days via free standard shipping. You do not need to return the original fragrance.

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Exchanges are available once per order.

Items that arrived damaged, were incorrectly sent, or were defective are handled separately and are always eligible for a free replacement or, at our discretion, a refund — contact us right away.

Membership Cancellation

Requesting an exchange does not cancel your membership. If you'd like to cancel your membership, you can do so from your profile page at any time. Exchange requests and cancellations are handled independently.
