Membership
Essentrx is a monthly fragrance membership. Every month you receive a curated 10ml fragrance matched to your personal scent profile — premium, designer-inspired scents at a fraction of the retail cost. Members also get 30% off all full-size bottles, free shipping on every box, and early access to exclusive drops.
The membership is $8.99 for your first month (limited new member offer), then $17.99/month. You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no commitment.
Yes — cancel anytime from your profile page. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel before your next billing date, your membership stays active through the end of your current period.
Yes — active members get 30% off every full-size 50ml bottle, every time. The discount applies automatically at checkout with no code needed.
Membership pausing is coming soon. For now, you can cancel and rejoin at any time without losing your scent profile or order history.
Scents & Selection
You complete a short 2-minute scent quiz that captures your style, mood, occasion preferences, and ingredient dislikes. We use that profile to recommend the best match from our current rotation. You can also browse and select your own scent each month from the catalog.
Absolutely. From your profile, you can browse the full catalog and pick any available scent for your monthly slot. Your choice updates your upcoming box — as long as your shipment hasn't been packed yet.
Yes, you can change your monthly scent selection from your profile any time before your order ships. Once an order has been packed or shipped, the scent is locked for that month.
Your monthly membership fragrance is 10ml — enough for 2–3 weeks of daily wear. Full-size 50ml bottles are also available to purchase separately from the catalog.
Yes. Our fragrances are designer-inspired — benchmarked against popular high-end references and crafted in small batches with clean, skin-safe ingredients. We sell them for comparison purposes only and do not claim any trademark or affiliation with the referenced brands.
Shipping
Yes — active members receive free standard shipping on every monthly box. Express shipping is available for an additional charge based on your location and is calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping arrives in 2–3 business days. Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for updates and we'll let you know when it's available in your region.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day scent trial policy. If you receive your fragrance and it's not right for you, you have 15 days from delivery to request an exchange. We do not offer cash refunds on fragrance orders — exchanges only. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance, we don't offer cash refunds. Instead, we offer an exchange for a different scent from our catalog within 15 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@essentrx.com.
Account & Billing
Your membership renews on the same date each month as your original sign-up. You'll receive a reminder email 15 days before renewal so you have time to select your next scent or make any changes.
Payment updates can be made from your account settings page. If your card fails, we'll notify you by email and give you a grace period to update before your subscription is paused.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Essentrx never stores your card number — only a secure token provided by Stripe.
