Essentrx is working toward an inclusive digital experience for people with disabilities. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, while recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing process and that some content or third-party features may not yet fully meet that target.
What We Work On
- Keyboard access, visible focus, logical headings, labels, and meaningful link text.
- Text alternatives for informative images and clear error messages for forms.
- Readable contrast, responsive layouts, zoom support, and reduced-motion preferences where practical.
- Testing important shopping, account, checkout, and membership-cancellation paths.
- Asking third-party service providers to support accessible experiences and offering alternatives when feasible.

If you encounter a barrier, email support@essentrx.com. Please tell us the page or feature, what happened, the assistive technology and browser if relevant, and your preferred way to receive a response. Do not include a password or full payment-card number.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages promptly and will make reasonable efforts to investigate, provide an accessible alternative, and fix barriers according to impact and feasibility. Response and remediation time can vary with the issue.
Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older or unsupported technology may not provide the same experience. This statement does not certify complete conformance; it describes our target and feedback process.
